  I have been going to this place since it was k60 and loved it, the customer service was excellent.
  
  Since the new name change/owners it has been horrible.
  
  Every time we dine in we get overbearing waitstaff that stands off and stares at us while we eat.
  
  4/5 times we have gotten take out they have screwed up our order.
  
  The final straw was last night, i ordered $50 worth of sushi for just myself, it took them 45 min to deliver.. i live 4 miles away.
  
  When it arrived the gentleman was nice and i gave him a $5 tip.
  
  Turns out the order was wrong, i called back they said they would send a new one, then 15 min later i get a call from the manager offering me $10 just to keep the wrong order. I said no please send my correct order.
  
  They did,... another 35 minutes later.
  
  What they should have done being that I am a regular customer is refund my amount spent on the incorrect portion and maybe have brought a little something extra for the wasted time and wrong order. But they didnt so now I will never return.

  They were not professional in terms of table service. Did not tell us what was in the combo and we were surprised in a negative way that when they brought us the check, many of the food was not in the combo and we needed to pay the extra. We each paid more than 50 bucks for a meal that usually cost 30. Will never go back again.
  
  Update: my friend had hot pot for 25 dollars, but we each person spent more than 50 bucks because of their fault.
